Elizabeth Anderson, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Nurse PractitionerElizabeth is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years experience in the field of nursing. She earned her Masters in Nursing from the University of Illinois, and has worked in the fields of family, emergency, urgent care, and integrative/functional medicine. Through her varied professional experiences, Elizabeth has adopted a unique, holistic perspective, with a particular passion for hormone replacement therapy, thyroid disorder diagnosis and treatment, and the artistic nature of aesthetic medicine. Elizabeth’s greatest joy is in patient education, where she enjoys collaborating with her patients to help them establish goals and achieve optimal health.
Elizabeth grew up in central Illinois and relocated to beautiful Colorado in 2016. She enjoys creating art, reading, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family.
Jannine Shirey
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Aesthetics SpecialistJannine earned her Certified Medical Assistant certificate from Pima Medical Institute, August 2018. She worked in Internal Medicine before joining the highly skilled staff at Ageless Expressions MedSpa. She has brought her pride in patient relationships and eagerness to learn to our team. Jannine’s warm and welcoming personality will make you feel comfortable and confident from the minute you walk into our office.
Jannine is a wonderful listener, with a primary focus in assisting with the achievement of your ideal look and custom designed treatment plan! She excels in assisting our providers in all treatments preformed here at Ageless Expressions and is eager and devoted to continuing education and the continued success of our patients.
Xavia Elder
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Aesthetics SpecialistXavia Elder earned her Certified Medical Assistant certification from Pima Medical Institute, and has worked with the highly skilled staff at Ageless Expressions MedSpa since her internship through present. She is a dedicated, resourceful, agile learner, and she successfully funnels her impressive personality and drive into providing the best service and creating the best results for all her patients at Ageless Expressions MedSpa.
Her treatments focuses on one of her many specialties: especially after seeing the immense confidence, value, and purpose they revitalizes in her patients. In addition to her strong work ethic and technical expertise, you will enjoy her infectious, bubbly personality, and you will naturally leave with a smile—she maintains that promise even if you try Botox! Over time, she has grown an affinity for and developed her skills in assisting in other incredible treatments for her patients, such as BioTE. Anh Phan King
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Medical Aesthetics SpecialistAnh Phan earned her Certified Medical Assistant designation from Pima Medical Institute, and has been working closely with the exceptional, skilled staff at Ageless Expressions MedSpa from the start of her externship into her now full-time professional career. She is so eager to learn with such an impressive work ethic that Anh has traveled to learn BioTE and EvolveX techniques. She applies this enthusiasm to helping her amazing guests-she will quickly learn how to serve you best. Becky Vanicelli, RN
Owner and PractitionerBecky Vanicelli, RN, is the founder and owner of Ageless Expressions MedSpa as well as a practitioner. She holds two degrees, one in Psychology and one in Nursing, which has supported over 35 years of exceptional service in health and wellness. Passionately empathetic, two of the most life-changing additions for her patients have been the MonaLisa Touch and the O-Shot, designed to bring the spark and intimacy back into your romantic relationship. Becky is 100% patient driven and when she is not treating patients, she is always researching the newest technologies and techniques to offer amazing results to our patients.
Douglas Minton, MD OB/Gyn
Medical DirectorDr. Minton was born in Belle Fourche, SD, and grew up in Utah. He attended the University of Wyoming, and graduated with a B.S. in Zoology. He attended medical school at the University of Colorado’s Health Sciences Center, and began his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, which he finished in 1988.
He has been a partner at Westside Women’s Care in Wheat Ridge, CO and Arvada, CO since that time. He is a past president of the medical staff at Lutheran Medical Center in Wheat Ridge, CO. Dr. Minton is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as certified in Age Management Medicine through Cenegenics. He is a certified practitioner for BioTE, along with certifications in all treatments offered by Ageless Expressions MedSpa.
